By commissioning me, you automatically accept my TOS- DO NOT RUSH ME - Check waitlist (Notion) before commissioning.- Emotes and Illustrations take 1 to 3 weeks to complete depending on complexity/amount. This does NOT include queue time. I'm also disabled and sometimes I can take a bit longer than expected. I keep everyone updated.- RUSH FEE - Flat fee to have a deadline and be put on top of the Waitlist. Illustrations and Models: $100 | Emotes: $50- For Illustrations only, please specify if the commission is for PERSONAL USE or COMMERCIAL USE. Commercial Use is a +2x fee. Models and Emotes include commercial use.- Commercial resale use, such as for prints and merch, is a +3.5x fee. Except Models- Payment can be divided in two terms, half upfront and I will provide only a sketch until fully paid OR fully paid upfront. Paypal or VGen only.- I will provide a refund if I am unable to start or finish the commission, I will notify you. No refunds will be provided otherwise.- After the sketch is approved, there will be no more free reviews to the pose / structure / expressions and both lineart and colouring will continue - changes to base colours are allowed. A fee will be charged for any changes after the sketch approval.- NDA FEE is $50. I will work on commissions on stream and always promote them on my socials unless specifically stated otherwise.- Credit me where my work is shown/used with my Twitter/Bluesky @frogrart or Twitch @frogr_- Use emote attribution on Twitch for emotes.- All art may NOT be re-sold, modified or used for NFT/AI.LIVE2D:
Refer to Base TOS as well- I will never provide the .cmo3 file, only files necessary to use the model. However, I will provide the PSD if a bundle of Art + Rig is commissioned, at an extra cost of $100.- Commissioned Live2D model art will be cut and ready to rig.- Rigging only commissions will require a PSD file of the model. I will work with what I can depending on the cutting. I will contact you after checking the PSD file if extra cutting is needed or if layers need cleaning up.- Mistakes or bug fixing from my part will not be charged, but there will be a fee for any other changes.- Model art will be required to pay in full after sketch. 50% to start, 50% after sketch.- $200 Commercial Resale Fee applies to models with art made by me, to be used for prints and merch, etc.- I will provide video WIPs of rigging with each session I spend rigging.- Rigging will be required to pay in full before starting.- Rigging usually takes 1 - 2 months to complete, excluding queue time.IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE TOS, PLEASE CONTACT ME
